Customer Contracts

Customer Contracts is the repository for all customer agreements and the business rules governing the contracts, which could include Lease (short term, long term, adhoc), Rentals, Maintenance & Common Area charges. The module allows you to define recurring & non-recurring charges, auto escalations, also the rules governing usage/consumption based charges. The usage data can be acquired real time from external devices or from Building Management Systems or uploaded periodically as excel files. The system has provision to define notifications & alerts against events.
